Our Last Minute Lucky Charm

Everyone's going green for the next couple of days and your kids are going to want to wear it too.  This is a quick and easy idea for a LUCKY CHARM.
 All you need is:

a t-shirt (an old one is just perfect)
 some green fabric paint
 paintbrush
 a piece of freezer paper
 an iron.

We printed off a shamrock image.  You can also draw your own.

Cut out the image with an exact-o-knife or tiny scissors out of the freezer paper.

 With shiney side down iron the freezer paper with the imagine cut out of it onto the t-shirt on a cotton setting. Make sure all the edges are ironed down to avoid the paint seeping.

 Paint the image with your fabric paint.  Start from the edges working into the center.
Let it dry and peel away the paper.

We added a little pinch proof to the bottom.  And they'll be LUCKY all day!
